Harvest-SPF Cryogenic Tank Insulation

Harvest-SPF spray system comprises two main materials: Polyurethane Foam & Polymeric Coating.
- Harvest-SPF polyurethane foam is the new generation environment-friendly formulation. It contains no CFC/HCFC, has Zero ODP (Ozone Depleting Potential). Harvest SPF foam system has high mechanical strength and excellent thermal insulation performance.
- Harvest-SPF Polymeric coating is applied onto the outer surface of polyurethane foam. The coating has excellent mechanical properties, waterproof, moisture barrier and flame retardance, which make it a premium protection layer to protect the whole cargo tank insulation system.
- Harvest-SPF spray system is fully bonded to the cargo tank surface. It is flexible enough to follow the cargo tank contraction and expansion. The whole system gives the cargo tank a seamless insulation.
